Do you struggle with distractions and procrastination? Try our Neuro-Inclusive Library Study Club. The 2 hour session is structured around timed blocks of individual silent study alongside others in a designated classroom. 'Body doubling' can often help with productivity in this way. There will be a short break in the middle where you can make social connections if you want to. You can also share your study goals at the start of the session to help with accountability. This study club has been shaped by feedback from neuro-diverse students, and is facilitated by library staff. The room might be available afterwards should you wish to stay and study longer; just ask your facilitators.

This study club takes place once a month, throughout term time.

Location: Room G.63, Maughan library
