Disagreement is inevitable—but it doesn’t have to be destructive. This session equips you with tools to handle challenging conversations with confidence, curiosity, and integrity.
What you’ll do
- Practise responding to opposing views with empathy and clarity
- Explore emotional responses to disagreement and how to manage them
- Apply simple frameworks for having constructive, respectful conversations
What you’ll gain
- Confidence in navigating difficult or sensitive discussions
- Strategies to challenge ideas without attacking people
- A clearer sense of who you want to be in challenging conversations
