Not all conversations are the same. In this session, you’ll uncover the different “games” we play in dialogue—such as trying to win, defend, or belong—and learn how to shift towards genuine understanding.
What you’ll do
- Analyse real-world conversations and identify underlying motivations
- Practise shifting from debate to curiosity-led dialogue
- Develop shared principles for constructive, truth-seeking conversations
