To support you through this busy period, we’re hosting a Focus & Flow Study Session — an afternoon designed to help you reset, study with intention, and look after your wellbeing.

Where: IoPPN KCLSU

When: 19th May, 2–5pm

What’s happening:

Mindfulness Session with Jenny Morgans (2:00 – 2:30pm) - A gentle guided session to help you settle in and prepare for focused work.

Study Session (2:30 – 4:00pm) - Choose between a quiet study area or a discussion-friendly space, depending on how you work best. Teas & refreshments provided, feel free to bring your own snacks.

Yoga with Martina Arenella (4:15 – 5:00pm) - A calming end to the afternoon. Yoga mats will be available, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

This session is open to all — whether you want a productive study block, a wellbeing boost, or simply a calm space to work.
