Welcome to King's

Are you interested in improving sustainability and student living at King’s Residences? This King’s Edge activity gives you the chance to contribute directly to a live sustainability project focused on how electricity is used in student accommodation.

During this 3-hour, in-person session, you will take part in a set of structured research activities exploring how residents use electricity day to day, and how energy use could be better understood, measured and improved in the future. Working in small groups, you will use worksheets and guided tasks to gather insights, discuss behaviours and identify opportunities for greater efficiency across King’s Residences.

This is a practical, hands-on opportunity to build research, teamwork and problem-solving skills while contributing to real sustainability measures at King’s. No prior experience is required — just an interest in sustainability, student living or making positive change in the King’s community.
