Moving into university life can change how, when and where you eat. New routines, busy timetables and managing your own budget can all influence the choices you make.
This practical, peer-led session will help you explore realistic ways to eat well while studying at King’s. Current King’s students studying nutrition will share useful ideas based on both their academic knowledge and their own experience of university life.
You will consider how to plan simple meals, shop with a budget in mind and make choices that support your energy and wellbeing. The session will also explore common challenges students face, including limited time, unfamiliar kitchens, balancing convenience and cost, and adapting food choices to different lifestyles or living arrangements.
Rather than promoting a perfect diet or a single way of eating, the session will focus on helping you make informed, manageable decisions that work for you.
