K Points recognise learning, contribution and development that takes place beyond your assessed curriculum.
Select the appropriate option below to request recognition.
King’s Edge Activity Claim
If you are not seeing K Points for an activity you took part in through the King’s Edge platform, select this option.
This applies to events or opportunities booked via King’s Edge.
You’ll also need to supply the Event Unique ID for the activity in question. You can find this on the event page, in your personal dashboard, or by browsing the Events Archive.
Additional Activity Claim
If you have taken part in extracurricular activity that was not listed on the King’s Edge platform but would like it to be considered for K Points, select this option.
This may include part-time paid work, society leadership or committee roles, internships, training, conferences, competitions, or other professional development opportunities.
Please note: placements or study abroad experiences that are formal requirements of your course are not eligible for K Point recognition.
Volunteering completed through King’s Volunteering(opens in new tab) should be recorded on the Volunteering platform(opens in new tab). Approved hours are uploaded directly to King’s Edge and do not need to be claimed here.
