
About this session
This session introduces the core building blocks of meaningful dialogue: attention, presence, and deep listening. You’ll begin to notice how conversations often break down—and what it takes to truly hear and be heard.
What you’ll do
- Take part in interactive exercises to build focus and awareness
- Practise deep listening in pairs, learning how to reflect and respond
- Explore common barriers to communication and how they show up in real life
What you’ll gain
- Greater awareness of your own listening habits
- Practical tools to stay present in conversations
- Confidence in creating space for others - even when you disagree
